Little Dragons
The Little Dragons program is for children 3-5 years old. It is an interactive program that gives kids the tools to progress at their own pace. We focus on listening, self control, flexibility, balance, strength, and respect.
The Structure
- 45 minute classes offered two days a week
- Interactive warm up: obstacle courses and team building exercises
- Technical component: fundamentals, kicking, punching and blocking
- Kicking shield drills
- Cool down activity

Come in for 2 free trial classes today. Registration is ongoing. Feel free to bring your child as they are in light work out clothing; uniform is not mandatory during trial classes.
